DELIVERY
We ship within the UK only, by Royal Mail.

Face masks and Christmas stockings: FREE Royal Mail 2nd Class. Upgrade to Tracked 24: £4.

Epaulettes: Tracked 48 £2.95, or Tracked 24 £3.95.

Capes, tops and harnesses, catsuits and playsuits, accessories: Tracked 48 £5.25, or Tracked 24 £6.25.

Headdresses: Tracked 48 £7.50, Tracked 24 £8.75, or Special Delivery £14.

Slogan necklaces: free 2nd Class.

Postage is chosen at checkout.
WHEN IT’S POSTED

Face masks and Christmas stockings: within 3-5 working days.

Slogan jewellery: within 3 weeks.

Everything else is made to order just for you: please allow 1-2 weeks before dispatch, unless we’ve agreed a different date (commissions).

Royal Mail usually delivers 2nd Class and Tracked 48 in 2-3 working days, and Tracked 24 the next working day. December can take longer.
RETURNS
Changed your mind? You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Email hello@practicalglamour.co.uk within those 14 days, then send it back within 14 days of telling us. Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. Return postage is paid by you; we refund the item price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving it back.

What we can’t take back (unless faulty):

Commissions and personalised pieces, made to your measurements, colours or design.

Intimate and hygiene items (e.g. Tasties, face masks) once their seal has been opened.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED?
If something arrives faulty or damaged, email us within 30 days with a photo and we’ll repair, replace or refund it, including postage. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
